The akim of the capital Altai Kulginov told about the appearance of another Arbat.
“Another Arbat will appear in the capital. We are working on the construction of a large pedestrian promenade. A pedestrian promenade will connect the area between the two theaters. We will reconstruct a fountain from the side of Respublika Avenue, which will flow into a stream and close on a dry fountain. We will install water play elements along the stream for children. On the territory of the Arbat, we will install the hanging swings that are loved by the townspeople and guests of the capital, for convenience, separate playgrounds for sports, active games for children, quiet zones, and zones for free seminars and language lessons will be created — a kind of coworking center, ”wrote Altai Kulginov on his Instagram page.
Also, on the territory of the bridge space along Saraishyk Avenue, an eco-playground and a hinged park for children were implemented. This idea is also being implemented in a new project.
